We asked for August 32nd. The calendar said no.

So: site visits instead. A rooftop in Rabat, a beach at 9 a.m., a circuit marked out with tires in the Agafay, a venue checked after dark. A large convention starts Monday — we're ready.

The beach can wait. The good venues can't.

Back in the office. The 4x4 stayed clean for exactly one site visit.

The season ahead is already filling up — full ballrooms and mountain roads, with a few desert sunsets in between. First groups land in September, and it barely stops until June.

Eighty-three people, a rope, and a mask over everyone's eyes. One instruction: make a perfect square.

Something changes the moment the mask goes on. People who had clearly not understood the brief started giving orders with complete confidence. Nobody can see you, so nobody can judge you.

Then one person laughed and the whole group went down with them.

The square was never finished. What stays is who suddenly dared to speak.

150 people, one convention in Rabat — and two completely different afternoons.

Morning: plenary hall, chandeliers, hallway deals between sessions. Afternoon: everyone on the sand 👏under the old kasbah for a city rally, printed maps in hand, phones out anyway. Checkpoints marked with baskets of dates — and a pack of antibacterial wipes right next to them.

Half the group ended the day in pink chèches, Atlantic waves right there.

Rabat rarely makes the incentive shortlist. This group got it anyway.

The bikes rolled out gleaming. That didn't last.

Our first two-wheel incentive: one day out of Marrakech, breakfast at Lake Lalla Takerkoust, trails toward Oukaïmeden, back before dark. Requested by a client who wouldn't take four wheels for an answer.

The hotel concierge noticed the boots.
