Yesterday, while our 4×4 traced the final dunes toward Chegaga, our team discussed trends from the MICE world: how hybrid formats fuse physical + digital, how hotels open lobbies as event venues, how resilience has become non-négociable. (Yes, we catch up on Grupo eventoplus insights even in the desert.)

We’re also scouting dunes, testing campsites, negotiating local partnerships, refining branding for the nights.

The sand in my shoes tells stories of past trips; the plans in my notebook sketch the grand Merzouga 2026 we’re building.

Fifteen years on these roads, and they still surprise us. 🌊🚙

In November, we’ll be back at Bin el Ouidane for a corporate teambuilding.

Since 2009, we’ve taken groups through the bends of Tilouguite, the red valleys, and the hidden tracks leading down to the lake.

Every time, nature sets the rhythm: when the oueds are full, we raft down; when they aren’t… let’s just say MRCO always finds another way to move a team. 😉

This time, the program blends challenge and discovery: outdoor circuits by day, kasbah dinners by night, and the calm of the lake as the backdrop. Our coordination keeps it safe, seamless, and warm so participants can simply live the adventure and reconnect.

A little far from our core mission as an incoming agency in Morocco, but when one of our key clients here asked us to create an incentive abroad for 21 colleagues, we said yes.

Just an hour’s flight from Marrakech, we explored Faro and its surroundings with one mission in mind: design an experience with the MRCO touch—culture, activities, gastronomy, and branding. From a boat trip through the natural park to a stunning 4* hotel, from breathtaking beaches to unforgettable islands, every detail clicked.

And with the spirit of the 2030 World Cup uniting Morocco, Spain, and Portugal, the theme felt just right.

We came back from this site inspection inspired, ready to craft moments that blend fun, discovery, and pride.
